Shipping policy
Order Deadline: All orders must be placed by 12:00 GMT to begin processing on the same business day.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order Dispatch & Delivery Time: Orders are dispatched within 6-11 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing. Delivery times may vary based on the destination within the country of destination.
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders.

Order Process:
Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This means that your order is in our system, and we have started processing it. It takes our team 1-3 business days on average to prepare the order, and then please allow between 6-15 business days for your order to reach you.
Order Tracking:
You will receive an email confirmation when we've dispatched your order. In the same email, you will also get your own unique tracking code to track the package.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 8 hours from placing the order. Please send us an email at info@snoozyy.com with your order number. If you do not manage to contact us in time and your package is on its way, you can still return it later.
Delayed Orders:
If the maximum time limit for processing and dispatching the order has expired and your order still hasn't arrived, don’t worry. Please allow up to 2 additional days and use your tracking code to check the status. If your parcel still hasn’t arrived, please contact us with your order number.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please immediately take a photo of the contents and the damages. Then send it to info@snoozyy.com along with your order number so that we can find a suitable solution. Note that any return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
